 The Steel FrameMaster™ has several Decoiler options available dependant on the size of coils to be handled and the production speed required.
For low volume production, specifically the Single Phase Steel FrameMaster Rollformers, manual non-powered decoilers are available. For higher volume production, specifically the 3 Phase Steel FrameMaster Rollformers, powered decoilers enable the Rollformer to operate at full speed by synchronizing the feed of coil as required. This means the Steel FrameMaster will not lose power or accuracy by having to pull material off the coil.
