Steel FrameMaster™ heavy-duty equipment automatically produces trusses and panels for roofs and floors, as well as wall framing for a wide range of building designs, all from Light Gauge galvanised steel coil.

 

The Twin Track (TT) 850 has been designed specifically for high volume Light Gauge steel manufacturing operations where speed, reliability and flexibility are critical in delivering plant uptime and high production. Every output is accurately formed, cut, punched, dimpled and individually labelled, ready for screw together assembly.

Steel FrameMaster TT850, ideal for high-volume manufacturing
Using FrameCAD software and the versatile manufacturing capabilities of the Steel FrameMaster TT850, construction companies, developers and manufacturers can design and build a broad range of light gauge steel building solutions.

Applications include:

  • Trusses and panels for roofs and floors.
  • Framing for residential, commercial and industrial buildings.
  • Modular and high-rise buildings up to six levels high.
  • Transportable and pre-engineered buildings.
  • Standard stud and track profiles.

The TT850 features a twin track system that can simultaneously produce a range of C and U shaped stud and track profiles from galvanised steel of 0.75mm to 1.6mm thickness (22 gauge to 16 gauge). Producing the same variety of profiles would usually require up to six different machines. All outputs are completely finished, labelled and ready for assembly. The TT850 system includes two powered 3,000kg (6,000lb) capacity decoilers and two mounted, industrial grade, touch-screen CADCAM controllers.

Multiple profi les from one machine
The standard Twin Track TT850 can produce a combination of three different C profiles plus three different U profiles. The following combination of six standard AISI profiles provides an example of the TT850’s versatility.

The TT850’s complete range of profi le options satisfies worldwide requirements and enables the construction of a wide variety of structures up to six levels high. Also Ideal for the production of pre-engineered buildings.

Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific

  • Profiles: 90mm, 100mm*, 120mm*, 140mm, 150mm
  • Steel thickness: 0.75mm to 1.6mm

North America

  • Profiles: 3.5 inch, 4 inch*, 5.5 inch, 6.0 inch
  • Steel thickness: 22 gauge to 16 gauge

* Extra tooling and software, extends the range of the standard TT850 to enable production options such as 100mm (4 inch) C and U profiles.
