The Frame (F) 300 and 315 is a compact manufacturing plant optimised to automatically produce roof, wall and floor frames using a powerful combination of FrameCAD Detailer and FrameCAD ProDesign Engineering software.

Every output is accurately formed, cut, punched, dimpled and individually labelled, ready for screw-together assembly.

Steel FrameMaster F300 & F315,
ideal for residential framing

The Steel FrameMaster F300 and F315
system is designed for manufacturers of
residential framing and panels, typically
producing 89mm (F300) and 150mm (F315) C profiles. The F300 offers a gauge range from 0.55mm to 1.2mm and the F315 produces 1.2mm to 1.6mm gauge.
The system includes a powered decoiler and a mounted, industrial grade, touch-screen CADCAM controller.
